Unprofessional Behavior and Poor Patient Care I had a very disappointing experience with Dr. Shaheryar's clinic, particularly with his assistant, Rizwan Ahmed. The way he interacts with patients is completely unprofessional. When I visited the clinic and asked if he was the assistant, Rizwan responded sarcastically with, "Haan, mein hi wo gunahgar hoon." This is not the kind of response one expects from a professional medical assistant. Additionally, when I called to book an appointment, he casually told me, "Bhai, yaar, message kar dey na," which, again, is highly unprofessional. Despite messaging him as instructed, my appointment was not booked. His careless attitude and rude behavior are unacceptable, especially in a medical setting where patients expect respect and care. I hope Dr. Shaheryar takes note of this and ensures better service for his patients by training his staff to be more professional and courteous.
