Absolutely ridiculous service. My patient stayed 1 day in CCU, one day in HDU and one day in private wing. The nature of the patient required that he should have been checked every hour. Despite making numerous requests the staff and doctors showed absolutely no responsibility towards the patient. At one point Dr Aijaz Burgery refused to do Ultrasound of my Emergency patient because his OPD clinic had regular customers. Pathetic money gobbling management and staff.

Had to visit the hospital recently, and here's my take: First, there's a one-time card for future visits, a bit of hassle but worth it. The place was bustling, and the mobile signal was a bit erratic, with occasional connection issues. Unfortunately, no Wi-Fi. On the bright side, it's a spotless hospital, The canteen offers homely fare, comforting and familiar. Loved the open sky vibe. They've got doctors for various issues and specialties. The place is well-managed with clear signs. The experience was neither overly expensive nor remarkably cheap; it struck a balance in between.

Of course! Here's a short and clear complaint in English for your visit to Hashim Medical Center: Very bad experience at Hashim Medical Center. They didn’t even have basic medicines available, and the ones they had were overpriced. Totally disappointed with the service. Not recommended at all.

As per my experience they are only getting money more n more even without improvement of patients, perform unnecessary tests, huge claim against medicine and other charges during the treatment of admitted patients. The most important thing is that they do not have senior consultants team.
