The doctor doesn’t come on time; their official timing is 1 PM, but they usually arrive around 2:30 or 3 PM. So, patients have to wait longer. Also, the waiting area is very congested. But I don’t understand why this doctor is so overhyped, as if they are the only good doctor. I don’t think they have anything special anymore.

Doctor is never on time, often 2 - 3 hours late. The place is very small and congested, patients have to wait for hours for the doctor to arrive. Once he comes, he doesn't give much time for the patients. Doctor's booking is taken in person and after fee payment, no option for booking on call. Avoid coming here.
